The holiday season

It’s the morning of our staff party, and there is a hum of excitement in the office.  It’s like being back in elementary school, on the last day of school before the Christmas break.  Everyone is a bit giddy and running on the fumes of anticipation.  Laughter in the background, baked cookies on the table, a box of Mayan chocolate to share. Trying to figure out how to wrap up some final reports while fun is in the air!

Perhaps I should not try so hard…and succumb to the magic that is at work here.  Eggnog, anyone?
